Road safety vs Patient safety

For effective road and rail safety the advice is....

Sometimes though looking "both ways" isn't good enough...

In health and social care and other situations in
addition to utilising holistic frameworks like Hodges' model,
we also need to look inside and outside of ourselves
- the 5th 'spiritual' domain.
