Design4Health2017 and a new Design for Health journal

It’s been a long time since my last message to this list but please don’t take our silence for inactivity! We have been busy behind the scenes and have some exciting things planned for 2017 which we can now share with you.

Save the date! - Design4Health2017

We are delighted to announce that the next Design4Health conference take place 4th-7th December 2017. It will be hosted by the Centre for Design Innovation at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia in collaboration with Lab4Living at Sheffield Hallam University. We’ll bring you more details in the coming weeks so save the date and watch out for further announcements.

New journal – Design for Health

This is something we have been working towards for several years now, so we are delighted to confirm that a brand new journal will be launched in Spring 2017. Design for Health is an international refereed journal covering all aspects of design in the context of health and wellbeing. The Journal is published twice a year by world-leading academic and professional publisher Taylor & Francis Online. More details soon on how to subscribe or submit to this journal will become available here: http://www.tandfonline.com/rfdh

We look forward to working with you on these new ventures and will keep you up to date with all the details via this email list.

In the meantime, best wishes from Sheffield
