Published by World Health Organisation (WHO), this handbook was produced to accompany WHO training sessions for staff working in health emergencies. It contains materials that training participants can use during and following training. WHO's risk communication trainings are primarily intended for international response personnel, national and local officials, and their partners. WHO also provides trainings and workshops for journalists who work in health emergencies.
